NOTICE
Ticket purchasers are considered to have understood all the information on this guidance page.

Ticket
・ A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per person.
・ The sales may end without prior notice if the tickets are all sold out. This event offers limited amounts of tickets.
・ This event is only for the adults above the age of 19.
・ While checking the ID at the entrance of the event, if the attendee is under the age of 19, the access will not be allowed and refund for that certain reason is not available.
・ When canceling a transaction, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the regulations of each ticketing agency. Please check the cancellation fee policy before purchasing the ticket.
・ After completing your booking, changes to the performance date, team, or ticket holder's name are not allowed.
・ VAT and copyright fee are all included in the ticket price.

Entrance
・ This ticket is E-Ticket that is not separately shipped.
・ Detailed entry information will be announced later through official SNS channels, so please make sure to check before attending the event.
・ This is a non-reserved seat event and we treat first-come, first-served.
・ After the operation time of the ticket booth, you are not able to enter the event. Please check the time which will be announced later through official WATERBOMB website and SNS channel.
・ If the wristband is damaged or lost, reissue and entry are not available.
・ To prevent the ticket scalping, re-entry is not available once you pass the entrance.

Refund
・ All ticket sales are final. Refunds or cancellations are strictly not available once the purchase is completed.
・ No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including on the day of the event.
・ Refunds due to heavy rain or inclement weather are not available.
・ This performance may be subject to unavoidable changes in the lineup, schedules, or performance times due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds or partial refunds due to such changes are not available.
・ This event may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances such as severe natural disasters.

Ticket Transfer
・ Transferring this ticket between individuals are obviously illegal. If illegal transfer or ticket scalping is once caught, both seller and purchaser may have the civil and criminal liabilities.
・ WATERBOMB team is not responsible for the unexpected trouble occurred from the individual transfer. Please secure your ticket only through the designated official ticket sales platform.
・ There will be civil and criminal liabilities also for the forgery or counterfeiting the ticket.

On-site Precautions
・ The performing artists differ by date, and the detailed timetable will be announced later through official SNS and website.
・ The amount of team towel is limited and it will be provided first-come, first-served.
・ You can bring your own water gun, and also buy one at the venue.
・ Water guns are only allowed to be used inside the main stage area. Water gun use outside of permitted areas may be restricted. Please refrain from using water guns near electronic devices.
・ WATERBOMB team is not responsible for any disputes that occur due to the use of water guns, so please be careful not to cause harm to others when using them. If you cause discomfort to surrounding audience members through excessive water fighting, you may be forced to leave the event.
・ Please do not shoot the water gun to the face and body of the artists. If you are caught doing it repeatedly, you may be forced to leave the event.
・ While general photography taken by smart phones is allowed, the use of large professional equipment such as high-magnification telephoto lenses, monopods (tripods), tripods, selfie sticks longer than 1M, and other photography aids is strictly prohibited and may result in control and ejection by the security team.
・ If there is a request from an artist, taking picture and video will not be allowed for any reason. If you get caught while filming, the taken picture and video would be deleted and if it keeps happening, you may be forced to leave the event.
・ If you cause the inconvenience of other audience and interfere the others watching, you may be forced to leave the event.
・ Please be careful for your valuables. The WATERBOMB team is not responsible for any loss, theft, or accident occurred due to the carelessness of a personal.
・ Laser, firework, bottle, can, knife, or etc which is considered to interfere the performance and others’ safety is banned to bring.
・ All kinds of beverages and food items are prohibited from being brought in, except for bottled water.
・ Smoking is only allowed at the designated smoking zone.
・ For your safety, please follow the instructions of the event staff. The organizers, sponsors, venue, partners, and artists are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur due to audience negligence inside or outside the event venue.
・In case of an unexpected accident, health issue, or other emergency situation during the performance, please seek assistance at the emergency booth or information booth provided within the venue, or from nearby security personnel or event staff.
・ This performance uses loud sound and various special effects. Pregnant women, the elderly, or those with weakened physical or mental conditions who may be sensitive to external stimuli and prone to seizures, photosensitive disorders, or other health issues are advised to refrain from entering. If you still wish to attend, please consult your doctor and share any relevant medical information or documentation with the organizers in advance.
・ WATERBOMB team is not responsible for any illnesses or injuries that occur during the performance that were not disclosed in advance.

Prohibited Items
・ Perfumes, fabric deodorizers, liquid sprays, and all kinds of liquids (Tube-type sunscreen is allowed)
・ All food and beverages including alcholic drinks (unopened bottled water is allowed)
・ All kinds of Drugs: All drugs prohibited from being prescribed or handled according to narcotics-related laws and regulations
・ Professional / Aerial Photography Equipments : Such as DSLR cameras with high magnification zoom lenses and drones
・ Large Bags (above 40x50cm)
・ Camping Equipments : All camping equipment such as tents, mats, and camping chairs
・ Gas-Charging Spray : Insect repellent and Sun spray
・ Hazordous Items : Items which can cause injury such as Long Umbrella, Firecracker, Knife, BB gun
・ Sound Equipments : Whistles, Megaphones
・ LED ornaments that interfere with performances : Razors, LED ornament, lightsaber (Artist lightsticks are allowed)
・ Baton light : In case of emergency, the security team will signal with the baton light. Therefore, bringing it in is prohibited in order to prevent confusion
・ Flag sticks, Selfie sticks : Artist flags, national flags and other flags which is mounted on the flag stick (it's allowed without flag stick), selfie stick that can extended by more than 1m
・ All kinds of wheeled transpotations : Bicycles, Kickboards, Electric wheel (except for the wheelchairs)
・ Improper water-fighting items: buckets, pesticide sprayers, wash basins, large spray devices, etc.
・ All types of pet : All types of pet including dogs and cats
・ ETC: Items that, organizer thinks will interfere with performances or cause inconvenience to others

Picture, Video, Broadcast
・ The whole area of the WATERBOMB is allowed only to the designated media channels. WATERBOMB team and sponsor are able to use the copyright occurred from taking pictures and videos of all attendees entering the event.
・ The works filmed at the venue have the right to be commercially used by the host/supervisor/official sponsor, and the audience can be seen through various media such as TV, online mobile, etc.
・ Unauthorized media footage uploads may be blocked through the platform site.
・ We inform you that this notice is legally valid and is governed by law.
