환불 정책

1. 굿즈 (실물 상품) 환불 및 교환 규정

① 접수 기한

  • 단순 변심: 상품 수령일로부터 7일 이내
  • 불량 및 오배송: 상품 수령일로부터 30일 이내

② 배송비 및 관·부가세

  • 단순 변심: 반품 및 교환에 발생하는 왕복 배송비는 구매자 부담입니다. (해외 배송 시 발생한 세금 및 통관 비용은 환불되지 않습니다.)

  • 불량 및 오배송: 판매자가 배송비를 부담합니다. 단, 해외 배송은 물리적 제약으로 인해 '교환' 대신 '반품 환불 후 재주문'으로 안내될 수 있습니다.

③ 처리 불가 사유

  • 구매자의 사용이나 부주의로 상품 가치가 훼손된 경우

  • 복제 및 훼손이 쉬운 상품의 비닐/포장을 개봉한 경우

  • 상세 페이지에 사전 안내된 미세한 공정상 스크래치 및 하자

  • 개별 주문 제작 상품

④ 접수 방법

  • 상품 반송 전 반드시 고객센터를 통해 선 접수해 주시기 바랍니다. 사전 접수 없는 임의 반송 건은 처리되지 않습니다.

2. 공연 티켓 (온라인 상품) 취소 및 환불 규정

① 원칙적 취소/환불 불가

  • 본 공연의 티켓은 별도로 실물 배송이 되지 않는 온라인 티켓입니다.

  • 예매 특성상 결제 완료 후에는 어떠한 경우에도 환불이나 취소가 불가하므로 신중한 구매를 부탁드립니다.

  • 우천 등 날씨로 인한 환불 또한 불가합니다.

② 공연 내용 변경에 따른 규정

  • 본 공연은 불가피한 상황으로 인해 일부 출연자의 출연 여부, 일정, 시간 등이 부득이하게 변경될 수 있습니다.

  • 이러한 공연 내용의 변경 사유로는 전액 환불 및 부분 환불이 불가합니다.

③ 행사 취소 및 변경

  • 본 행사는 천재지변 등 불가피한 사정에 의해 취소 및 변경될 수 있습니다.


1. Goods (Physical Products) Refund & Exchange Policy

① Claim Period

  • Change of Mind: Within 7 days of delivery.

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Within 30 days of delivery.

② Shipping Fees & Customs Duties

  • Change of Mind: The buyer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs. (Customs duties and taxes from international shipping are non-refundable.)

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: The store covers the return shipping costs. Note: For international orders, we may process a refund instead of a direct exchange due to shipping constraints.

③ Non-Refundable Cases Exchanges and refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Items damaged or depreciated in value due to the buyer's use or mishandling.

  • Unsealed media or easily damaged paper goods (e.g., CDs, photocards).

  • Minor manufacturing scratches/defects previously stated on the product page.

  • Custom-made items.

④ How to Request

  • Please contact Customer Service before returning any items. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

2. Performance Tickets (Online Products) Cancellation & Refund Policy

① Strictly Non-Refundable

  • Tickets for this performance are online tickets and will not be shipped physically.

  • Due to the nature of the reservation, cancellations and refunds are strictly prohibited under any circumstances once the payment is completed. Please purchase carefully.

  • Refunds due to weather conditions, such as rain, are also not permitted.

② Changes to Performance Details

  • Due to unavoidable circumstances, details of the performance such as the appearance of certain artists, schedules, and times may be subject to change.

  • Full or partial refunds will not be issued due to such changes in the performance details.

③ Event Cancellation & Modification

  • This event may be canceled or modified due to force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters).
